Outpost Amsterdam
Outpost is a Shell organization, staffed by Shell partners, whose work complements the work of the local HR department through support of spouses/partners and families It is our purpose to give information and advice, fairly and candidly including the realities of assignments collected from the experiences of the expatriates and their families.
We serve as an un-official resource to make you and your family's acclimation to life in Amsterdam easier as well as provide information on other expatriate postings.
We are a part of an organization of more than 65 Outposts and through our network can provide fair and candid non- contractual advice for locations around the world.
Our office hours are:
Monday-Wednesday
10:00am-2:00pm (closed from 11:45-12:15 for lunch)
And By Appointment.
These facilities are available to Shell Expatriate Spouses/Partners for:
• Internet access
• Local Phone access
• Resume Writing and Job Searches
• Confidential and candid advice regarding Amsterdam and other Outpost locations
• Referrals for other needed services for which no qualified volunteer exists
